Garena Free Fire Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

This Giveaway is organized by Kaspersky Lab Switzerland GMBH (“Kaspersky”). By entering this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and consent to being bound by the terms & conditions set out herein. Failure to comply with the terms & conditions, including any specific instructions issued by Kaspersky in any form and at any time, shall result in the entrants’ immediate disqualification from this Giveaway.

1. Giveaway Period

This Giveaway will take place from 1 October 2024 to 21 February 2025 (“Timeframe”). Any purchases made outside the specified Timeframe will not qualify for this Giveaway.

The Timeframe may be amended depending on the availability of Rewards

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to Eligible Participants, who must be:

  • Customers located in India.
  • Eligibility will be ascertained at the exclusive discretion of Kaspersky Lab AO.

3. Rewards

Please note that the rewards are limited and subject to availability.

Entrants to satisfy all relevant criteria will receive one (1) unique code for the mobile game “Garena Free Fire”, which will allow them to redeem a limited edition skin for use in the Game (the “Free Gift”).

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, an entrant must:

(a) Purchase the Kaspersky “Plus” (the “Product”) from https://www.kaspersky.co.in/lp/freefire before the end of the Giveaway date.

  • Once the Product is added to the cart, the entrant will see the Free Gift in the cart as well. If the Product is removed from the cart, the Free Gift will also be removed.
  • The entry will not be considered valid if the entrant purchases any other Kaspersky product.
  • The entry will not be considered valid if the entrant purchases the Product outside the Timeframe.

(b) The entrant will then receive an email to their indicated email address enclosing both:

  • The Kaspersky activation code and instructions for the Product; and
  • The Free Gift.

(c) The Free Gift must be redeemed on the Garena Free Fire website ( https://reward.ff.garena.com/) before the end of the Timeframe.

  • The Free Gift will not be valid after the Timeframe, and will not be able to be redeemed.
  • Entrants will not be eligible for a refund of the Product on the basis that they were unable to redeem the Free Gift. Kaspersky’s usual terms & conditions will apply for the purchase of the Product.

No entry fee is required to participate in this Giveaway.

5. General

(a) Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Giveaway entry methods without notice for any reason.

(b) Kaspersky reserves the right to amend the Giveaway Timeframe without notice for any reason.

(c) Kaspersky reserves the right to end the Giveaway without notice for any reason.

(d) Kaspersky will exert its best efforts to inform the eligible participants that the Giveaway has ended if the Rewards are exhausted, but Kaspersky shall not be liable to eligible participants who have met entry conditions after the Rewards were exhausted.

(e) As all Rewards are subject to availability, Kaspersky reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the Rewards or make amendments to, change or substitute the Rewards conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion, without notice to the participant.

(f) The Rewards are not redeemable for cash.

(g) Each participant consents to the information submitted with their entry being stored in a database and agrees to its use and ownership for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes by Kaspersky.

(h) This Giveaway is subject to the laws of Switzerland.
